Fermentis Yeast: Safbrew T-58 Ale Belgian Dry Yeast

A specialty ale yeast selected for its estery, somewhat peppery and spicy flavor. Forms a solid sediment at the end of secondary fermentation and, therefore widely used for bottle and cask conditioning.
