White Labs: WLP810 San Francisco Lager

This yeast is used to produce the California Common style beer. A unique lager strain, it has the ability to ferment up to 65°F (18°C) while retaining lager characteristics. Can also be fermented down to 50°F (10°C) to produce märzens, pilsners and other style lagers

• Flocculation: High
• Temp. Range: 58 - 65 F
• Alcohol Tolerance: Med - High (8 -12%)
