Orange Blossom honey should be used for your very best creations. It comes directly from orange tree orchards in America and has the unmistakable floral aroma of orange blossoms. By far, one of our favorite honey for meads. 

Easy to De-Crystallize
If you notice solid, chunky pieces begin to develop in your honey, don't worry! Your honey has simply crystallized, but is still safe to eat. To return your honey to a liquid state, place it in a heat-safe container, then gently warm it up, ensuring the temperature does not exceed 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
