KICK Carrageenan™ Micro-T is a boil kettle flocculent based on very pure carrageenan. KICK is more powerful than generic Irish Moss and correctly sized so that each tablet will treat 5 gallons of wort. The active ingredient, Kappa Carrageenan, is a high molecular weight polysaccharide derived from red seaweed.
