White Labs: WLP320 American Hefeweizen

Unlike WLP300, this yeast produces very slight banana and clove notes. It produces some sulfur, but is otherwise a clean-fermenting yeast that does not flocculate well, producing a cloudy beer.

• Temp. Range: 65 – 69 F Alcohol Tolerance: Medium (5 – 10%)
