The brewery was Aurora, Colorado’s first when owners Kevin DeLange and Michelle Reding opened with a 7 BBL brewhouse in a 900-square-foot space in 2005.
Difficult ! I brewed in th UK in the 80s and took it up again as a hobby here about a year ago.
Again ! Difficult – maybe British style Pale Ales but I recently brewed a Sweet Stout which I really like – I’m also very fond of American Pale Ales – how to decide ? Think I’ll just plump for Pale Ale,as a generic category.
Just the AHA at the moment but now I’m more confident about my beets I’ll be looking to join s local club or two soon.
No – haven’t put in for any competitions so far. Maybe Will now I’m more, sure if my beers!
Definitely a good ale ( pale or brown) with curry.
I use a Grainfather and a Boil & Mash for sparge water. I use, plastic fermenter but will be upgrading to AS sooner rather than later.
Again, difficult to say – the Grainfather has definitely made the process easier but i think perhaps brewing software ( Beersmith ) has possibly really helped me to improve and fine process my recipes.
In my latest brewing ‘incarnation’ I’ve made Mead, Hard Cider, Braggot and some Fruit Wines ( Peach, Blueberry and BlackBerry).
