Pumpkin brings a rich, smooth base to this copper-colored ale. saigon and Indonesian cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, mace and cloves spark thoughts of pumpkin pie, holiday meals, and all of the wonderful things that make this such a special time of year!

Specialty Grains: 8 OZ. ENGLISH MEDIUM CRYSTAL, 14 OZ. WEYERMANN CARAFOAM, 6 OZ. WEYERMANN MUNICH, I 5 OZ. BRIESS CRYSTAL 120L OPTIONAL: 12 OZ. PUMPKIN PUREE.

Hops: 60 min. 0.6 OZ. CHINOOK

5 min. 1-2 TSP. PUMPKIN PIE SPICE (Included spice pack contains 3 TSP.)

Yeast: SAFALE US-04

Base Grains: 9.5 lbs. of 2 Row Pale Malt
Specialty Grains: 12 OZ. BRIESS LIGHT MUNICH 4 OZ. BRIESS CARAPILS, 4 OZ. BRIESS CRYSTAL 80L
Hops: 4 OZ. CHINOOK, 1 OZ. CASCADE, 1 OZ. AMARILLO
Yeast: SAFALE US-05 YEAST

All Grain Option:

Replace the Liquid Malt Extract (LME) with 9.5 lbs. of 2 Row Pale Malt. Add the specialty grains and mash at 152° F.
