Specialty Grains: 9 OZ. BRIESS CRYSTAL 60L, 8 OZ FLAKED WHEAT, 4 OZ. BRIESS CRYSTAL 120L, 3 OZ. BRIESS CHOCOLATE MALT, AND .50 OZ. BRIESS ROASTED BARLEY, 1 LB CANE SUGAR

Hops: 60 min. 2 OZ. CENTENNIAL, 0 min. .25 OZ. EAST KENT GOLDINGS

Yeast: SAFALE US-05 (2)

Other ingredients: 6” VANILLA BEANS (2), 23” MUSLIN GRAIN SOCK, 11” MUSLIN HOP SOCKS,  3/4 CUP CORN SUGAR.
