Muntons Premium Gold yeast is a true English Ale. Flocculation is high with an attenuation of 75%. Ideal fermentation temperature is 66° ? 72°F to produce an alcohol tolerance of 10% ABV. This yeast produces relatively high ester formation with a low residual sweetness but is also very robust, giving excellent results over a range of beers and is used in many Microbrewery fermentations.
