The brewery was Aurora, Colorado’s first when owners Kevin DeLange and Michelle Reding opened with a 7 BBL brewhouse in a 900-square-foot space in 2005.
Come and learn the art of pickling from the experts at The Real Dill. In this class, you will learn the process making both vinegar-brine and fermented pickles. All participants will get to go home with a jar of “Quick Pickles” to enjoy.
