The brewery was Aurora, Colorado’s first when owners Kevin DeLange and Michelle Reding opened with a 7 BBL brewhouse in a 900-square-foot space in 2005.
In this class, students will learn to take their brewing to the next level with the more advanced method of all-grain brewing. Together, the class will brew a complete 5 gallon all-grain batch of beer and participate in every step of the process. We will explain the benefits of all-grain vs extract. Review all of the ingredients and equipment needed, as well as provide everything you need to know about the different mashing and sparging options and techniques. At the completion of this course, you will have all of the knowledge that you need to confidently brew your own all-grain batch of beer.
