The brewery was Aurora, Colorado’s first when owners Kevin DeLange and Michelle Reding opened with a 7 BBL brewhouse in a 900-square-foot space in 2005.
This hands-on class will introduce you to making mozzarella cheese at home. We will review the step-by-step process of making mozzarella from scratch in as little as 30-minutes. The class will provide everything you need to know to start making cheese at home. The class is family friendly.
*Please note that we will be requiring all guests to wear masks when entering or moving about the building. All guests will be seated following social distancing recommendations.
