How To Brew by John Palmer – This book is highly recommended by all of the staff at The Brew Hut. A must have, for brewers at any level. Starting with a basic crash course in brewing and moving to much more advanced techniques.
Brewing Classic Styles by Jamil Zainasheff and John Palmer – A book of 80 award winning recipes created by two homebrewing legends. Brewing Classic Styles is great resource for any brewer trying to learn to formulate recipes in many different categories or just make some great beer.
Brewing Better Beer by Gordon Strong – Designed for the experienced brewer who is looking to take their brewing to the next level. This book offers great advice on the more technical aspects of brewing. But it does so in an easy to understand format. Gordon Strong is not only the President of the BJCP, but also a three-time winner of the coveted Ninkasi award.
Brew Like a Monk by Stan Hieronymus – Brew Like a Monk discusses not only the history of some the greatest Belgian breweries and Trappist Abbeys. But it also discusses some of the tricks of the trade on how you can recreate these beers at home.

BYO – Brew Your Own – A monthly magazine that features anything and everything homebrew. There are articles that range from product information, technical pieces as well as clone recipes and info on building your own equipment. A must have for every beer geek.
