It’s time to get those seasonal summer ales brewing! April’s recipe of the month is a perfect porch-sipper.
What You Need:
8 oz. Briess Crystal 10º L
8 oz. Weyermann Acidulated
7 lbs. light LME
1 oz. Wakatu hops (60 minutes)
0.5 oz. crushed coriander (10 minutes)
1 oz. lime peel (10 minutes)
Safale US-05 yeast
