March 2015’s Recipe of The Month is Honey Lemon Blonde. This refreshing ale is perfect for bringing in the spring!
What You Need:
6 lbs. Light LME
8 oz. Briess Crystal 10L
8 oz. Briess Vienna Malt
1 oz. German Spalt (3.1% AA) (60 minutes)
1 oz. Dried Lemon Peel (5 minutes)
1 lb. Colorado Clover Honey (5 minutes)
