February 2015 Recipe of the Month
February 2015’s Recipe of The Month is Irish Red Ale. Brew it with plenty of time before St. Patrick’s Day for an Irish celebration.
What You Need:
4 oz. Briess Crystal 40L
4 oz. Briess Crystal 120L
4 oz. Briess Roasted Barley
7 lbs. Light LME
1 OZ East Kent Goldings hops (60 minutes)
SAFALE S-04 yeast
3/4 cup corn sugar (for fermentation)
