What you need:
1 lb. 12 oz. English Medium Crystal Malt
5 oz. Belgian Special B
10 oz. Briess Carapils
13 lbs. LME (Total)
.75 oz. Challenger hops (60 minutes)
1 oz. Northern Brewer hops (60 minutes)
.50 oz. Northern Brewer hops (15 minutes)
.50 oz. East Kent Goldings hops (15 minutes)
SAFALE US-04 yeast
